CLIVIAMART SEED LIST 2011

A. General information:

  1. When your order is received via an e-mail message through the web site, the order is processed and an invoice is issued. The orders are numbered in sequence of receipt, in other words according to a first-come-first-serve basis.
  2. The invoice will be e-mailed to you within 3 days. If you receive no response after 3 days of placing your order, PLEASE enquire by e-mail.
  3. Seed items that are sold out will be indicated on the invoice.
  4. You may add to your order after the invoice has been issued, as long as the additions are done within the month before payment has been made (see paragraph B3 below). If you want to order more seeds after payment has already been made for the initial invoice, this will be handled as a new order (first-come-first-serve basis) and a new invoice number will be issued.

B. Requirements for payment and shipping:

Please take note of these requirements before payment is made

  1. Please indicate shipping requirements before payment is made to ensure correct amount payable (see paragraph 11 and 12 below).
  2. Payment should be made in advance (to commit to the order) to the banking account indicated on the invoice or for international payments PayPal can be used (e-mail address mdpr@mdpr.co.za) the specific US-dollar amount will be provided per individual order
  3. NB!! Customers should commit themselves to follow through the order once the invoice has been issued. If not so, please communicate the intention as early as possible. Large quantities of seeds cannot be reserved indefinitely and after three months the order is cancelled. This deprives other customers of the opportunity to have obtained the seeds that became sold out due to the unnecessary reservation of a large quantity of seed. Unless prior arrangements has been made for later payment, orders not paid within a month after invoice has been issued, will be cancelled if no response is received on e-mail communications/enquiries.
  4. Use your name or/and invoice number as deposit reference
  5. Let us know when payment was made
  6. Please pay in ZAR currency (Rand) for bank deposits and for PayPal pay in USD
  7. You will be informed when payment has been received
  8. Harvesting will be during June and shipment in early July
  9. Please remember to forward your shipping/postal address
  10. No shipping of seeds unless full payment has been received
  11. Foreign customers: If EMS is preferred, an amount of R100 additional to the normal postage and packaging of R250 should be added. Total: R350. EMS has a full tracking and tracing option and is less expensive than couriers
  12. Domestic customers: R40 should be added to the normal R30 for postage and packaging if an overnight counter-to-counter courier service is preferred. Total: R70
  13. USA customers should forward their Small Seed Lot Permit and “green/yellow” sticker well in advance to prevent delays in shipment
  14. We are familiar with international (also Australian) packaging requirements
  15. We will notify you when the seeds have been sent with the tracking number and date
  16. Please inform us immediately after receipt of the parcel. We need this information for statistics on the duration of deliveries to various countries
  17. If any additional information is needed or if you have any other requirements, please communicate that in advance
